I received a call that one of my recipes as been selected for The Post Real Curry competition. The Saffron Mince Pockets was propogated in my kitchen after adapting my mothers recipe which she prepared in stew.
My daughter Caitlin is one of the fussiest eaters I've ever known. The day I prepared this dish she wanted a second serving. I knew then that this recipe was a winner.
I am to prepare this dish with nine other contestants. I have decided to use the same plating technique as with my chicken dish. Hoping for the best.
