DUMPLINGS


‎2 cups white flour, 2 tsp baking powder (level spoons), 1 tsp salt, 4 tbs soft margarine or butter, 1 cup milk, sprinkle mixed herbs (optional):

Method: - 

1) Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
2) Cut in butter or use soft margarine and mix with fingers until crumbly.
3) Stir milk lightly into flour mixture and adjust to make sure that you have a moist (wettish) dumpling dough
4) Before adding to stew remove some sauce from stew and set aside.
5) Spoon dough into stew. Cook for 20 minutes.
6) When Add reserved sauce and enjoy.
